Hi, I’m Sophie, a Level 3 Qualified Pilates Instructor and fitness coach. I’m deeply passionate about helping women feel strong, confident, and empowered—both inside and out. Whether you’re looking to improve your flexibility, build strength, or achieve a full-body transformation, I offer tailored Pilates and strength training sessions from my home studio in Harwood, as well as online coaching for those seeking flexible, results-driven support. I believe in the power of women lifting each other up, and I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way on your fitness journey.

  • For best results, we recommend 2-3 sessions per week, but even one session per week can bring noticeable improvements.
